I’m 14 months into my 16-month round the world trip, and I’ve found something to love everyplace I’ve been in 158 cities across 46 countries. Month fourteen was dedicated to a 3-week silent meditation retreat. It was the hardest, most intense, most grueling thing I’ve ever done. But I also had a kundalini spiritual awakening - potentially healing my nervous system in big ways.
